THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...
EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN...AND ADJACENT NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN...LAKE HURON AND LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

GUSTY SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS AND HIGH WAVES WILL RESULT IN
DANGEROUS SWIM CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ON PARTS OF
LAKE MICHIGAN...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE US-2 BEACHES WEST OF ST IGNACE
IN EAST UPPER MICHIGAN...AND BETWEEN MANISTEE AND SLEEPING BEAR
POINT IN NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN.

FIRE DANGER WILL BE ELEVATED THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO EARLY THIS
EVENING OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN...THANKS TO WARM
TEMPERATURES AND INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN TONIGHT... MAINLY
AFTER 11 PM. HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR WITH THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT...WITH
LOCAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES. BRIEF GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO
OCCUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE UNLIKELY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TUESDAY MORNING IN PARTS OF NORTHEAST
LOWER MICHIGAN.

THERE ARE ALSO CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE OUTLOOK
AREA FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH NEXT WEEKEND.
