   EARLY THIS MORNING.

 * VARIABLE WINDS 5 MPH OR LESS.

IMPACTS...

 * PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER OF A
   MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY WILL
   OCCUR.
