HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * NORTH TO NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO GUST UP 50 MPH
   ALONG THE LAKE HURON SHORELINE EARLY THIS MORNING. THE AREAS
   EXPECTED TO BE MOST IMPACTED WILL BE ALONG AND NEAR M 25 FROM
   PORT AUSTIN TO HARBOR BEACH.

IMPACTS...

 * THE STRONG WINDS MAY LEAD TO POWER OUTAGES...PARTICULARLY
   NEAR THE LAKE HURON SHORELINE.

 * DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT...PRIMARILY ON M 25.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH OR GUSTS
   OF 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
   DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
   CAUTION.

   LATE THIS EVENING AND PERSIST INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

 * NORTHWEST WINDS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 10 AND 20 MPH WITH THE
   STRONGEST WINDS NEAR LAKE HURON.

 * TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO BETWEEN ZERO AND 5 DEGREES BELOW
   ZERO OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.

IMPACTS...

 * FROST BITE WILL BE POSSIBLE IN HALF AN HOUR OR LESS FOR
   EXPOSED SKIN AT THESE WIND CHILL LEVELS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG
   WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL
   RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS
   ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU
   WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
