...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS TONIGHT...

LIGHT SNOW WILL EITHER END OR DECREASE IN INTENSITY DURING THE
REST OF THE EVENING. UNTREATED ROADS WILL HOWEVER REMAIN SNOW
COVERED AND SLICK AS TEMPERATURE HOLD IN THE 20S. ADDITIONAL
SNOW...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SOME SLEET...WILL ARRIVE AFTER
MIDNIGHT. THOSE TRAVELING WILL NEED TO DRIVE WITH CAUTION TONIGHT.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW WILL EXPAND ACROSS SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS BEFORE
TAPERING OFF TO LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS LATE TONIGHT. ACCUMULATIONS OF
1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94...WITH ISOLATED
AMOUNTS POSSIBLY APPROACHING 3 INCHES IN AND AROUND THE INTERSTATE
69 CORRIDOR.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE FOR A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING DRIZZLE LATE
TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. ALTHOUGH SOME LIGHT ICING IS
POSSIBLE...WET AND/OR SNOW-COVERED ROADS WILL LIMIT ANY ICING
HAZARD.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED...HOWEVER SPOTTER REPORTS
