...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in Southwest
Lower Michigan...

  Grand River At Robinson Township affecting Ottawa COUNTY

.The river level is forecasted to remain nearly steady over the next couple
of days.  There is still ice in the river so some fluctuations in the levels
could occur.  The following forecast is based on observed
and forecast 48 hour precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Motorists should not attempt to drive around
barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Grand River At Robinson Township.
* UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
* at  4:21 PM Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.3 feet.
* Minor Flooding is occurring and Minor Flooding is forecast.
* Forecast, the river will continue rising to near 14.0 feet by after
  midnight tonight and remain nearly steady.
  Ice in the river could cause fluctations in the
  levels.
* Impact, at 13.9 feet...Several homes in Vanlopik subdivision are
  surrounded by water.
* Flood history, this crest compares to a previous crest of 14.2 feet
  on Jan 16 2016.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

HIGH WATER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AS A RESULT OF
THE RECENT RAINFALL AND ICE IN THE RIVERS.

A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION MAY LEAD TO SOME SLICK SPOTS ON THE
ROADWAYS NORTHEAST OF A LUDINGTON TO ALMA LINE LATE TONIGHT AND
PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THE WATER LEVEL IN THE RIVERS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED DURING THE
PERIOD. A RISK FOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
INTO FRIDAY AND THEN THE RISK OF MORE RAIN INTO TUESDAY COULD
CAUSE AN INCREASE THE IMPACTS.
