MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A WINTER STORM WILL OCCUR WITH SNOWFALL TOTALS AROUND 10 INCHES
OR MORE BY MONDAY MORNING MAINLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 96.
STRENGTHENING WINDS FROM THE NORTHEAST TODAY WILL RESULT IN
BLOWING SNOW AND WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS. TRAVEL WILL
REMAIN VERY HAZARDOUS THROUGH MONDAY MORNING AND A SIGNIFICANT
NUMBER OF EVENT CLOSURES AND DELAYS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

NO SIGNIFICANT SNOW IS EXPECTED. HAZARDOUS WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO
15 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED MONDAY...TUESDAY...THURSDAY...AND
FRIDAY MORNINGS.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 6 AM EST MONDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * SNOW HAS DEVELOPED AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE SNOW
   MAY BE HEAVY AT TIME THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

 * TOTAL SNOWFALL 7 TO 11 INCHES EXPECTED BY MONDAY MORNING.

 * NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON CREATING BLOWING AND
   DRIFTING CONDITIONS.

IMPACTS...

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY TONIGHT.

 * RESTRICTED VISIBILITY FROM SNOW AND DRIFTING WILL REDUCE
   TRAVEL SPEEDS AND MAY RESULT IN ACCIDENTS.
