AN ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL BUILD INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION FOR THE
MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. A PERSISTENT WEST TO NORTHWESTERLY WIND WILL
BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR WINDCHILL VALUES TO RANGE BETWEEN 10 AND
20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO BOTH THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MORNINGS.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 7 PM
EST TUESDAY...

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN AS SNOW BETWEEN 8 AND 10 AM...MIXING
   WITH SLEET. 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW AND SLEET IS EXPECTED.

 * PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN ARE POSSIBLE BETWEEN AROUND 1 PM AND
   7 PM. UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE IS EXPECTED.

 * HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 10 AM AND 4 PM.

IMPACTS...

 * THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND ICE WILL CAUSE UNTREATED ROADS TO
   BECOME HAZARDOUS.

 * REDUCED VISIBILITY IN MODERATE TO BRIEFLY HEAVY SNOW.

 * CONDITIONS WILL BE PARTICULARLY HAZARDOUS ON SECONDARY ROADS
   AS LIQUID PRECIPITATION WILL FREEZE EASIER.
