THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A STRONG COLD FRONT AND MOIST AIRMASS WILL BRING A HIGH
PROBABILITY OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. THE GREATEST
THREAT WITH THIS ACTIVITY WILL BE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WHICH COULD
LEAD TO PONDING ON AREA ROADWAYS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH. STORM MOTION WILL BE
SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL PERSIST
THROUGH TONIGHT. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT ARE
EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 INCH TO
LOCALLY 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL EXPECTED. PONDING ON
AREA ROADWAYS...LOCALIZED FLOODING...AND EPISODES URBAN FLOODING
WILL BE POSSIBLE.
