...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM SUNDAY TO 7 AM EST
MONDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A
WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM
SUNDAY TO 7 AM EST MONDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN
EFFECT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW...BEGINNING LATE SATURDAY
   NIGHT AND PERSISTING THROUGH SUNRISE MONDAY MORNING.

 * ACCUMULATIONS GREATER THAN 8 INCHES ARE LIKELY...WITH THE
   POTENTIAL OF UP TO 12 INCHES NEAR THE OHIO BORDER.

 * BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY NIGHT.

 * WIND CHILL FALLING TO ABOUT 10 BELOW ZERO...AND POSSIBLY 20
   BELOW ZERO BY SUNRISE MONDAY.

IMPACTS...

 * SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY RESULTING IN
   DANGEROUS CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

 * A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW IS EXPECTED
