   THROUGH 9 AM EST.

 * NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 5 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 10 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 24 AND 32 DEGREES.

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.
