THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. THE THREAT FOR SEVERE
WEATHER WILL BE LOW...WITH BEST POTENTIAL NEAR THE OHIO BORDER.
WHILE MOST STORMS WILL NOT BE SEVERE...AN ISOLATED STORM COULD
PRODUCE HAIL UP TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO
60 MPH. STORM MOTION WILL BE EAST TO SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT. THERE IS
POTENTIAL SEVERE WEATHER SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL SUNDAY NIGHT.

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FOR LATE JULY WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
REGION SUNDAY. SOUTH WIND AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM WILL REINFORCE
UNSTABLE AIR AND MAKE THUNDERSTORMS LIKELY AS THE LOW AND
ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVE INTO SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN. THE STRONG
CIRCULATION AROUND THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL ALSO MAKE HEAVY
RAINFALL POSSIBLE WHICH COULD LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING OF PRONE
AREAS.

A COOLER TEMPERATURE PATTERN WILL RETURN FOR MUCH OF NEXT WEEK
BUT ENOUGH INSTABILITY WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
