MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. A PERSISTENT WEST TO NORTHWESTERLY WIND WILL
BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR WINDCHILL VALUES TO RANGE BETWEEN 10 AND
20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO BOTH THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MORNINGS.
