THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW THIS EVENING IN THE
BRAINERD LAKES REGION WITH CHANCES SPREADING EAST AND NORTH
THROUGH THE NORTHLAND OVERNIGHT. ACCUMULATION OVERNIGHT WILL BE
LESS THAN AN INCH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

LIGHT SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHLAND ON
SUNDAY...ESPECIALLY FROM FAR EASTERN MINNESOTA INTO NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN. ACCUMULATION WILL RANGE FROM A DUSTING TO 2 INCHES WITH
PORTIONS OF THE NORTH SHORE RECEIVING LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.

ANOTHER SLOW MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING A PROLONGED
PERIOD OF SNOW SHOWERS TO THE NORTHLAND NEXT WEEK. PRECIPITATION
WILL BEGIN MONDAY AS A RAIN/SNOW MIX AND GRADUALLY CHANGE TO ALL
SNOW MONDAY NIGHT. SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL THEN LINGER OFF
AND ON THROUGH FRIDAY. SEVERAL INCHES OF ACCUMULATION WILL BE
POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WEEK.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF LAKE ENHANCED SNOWFALL IN THE SNOWBELT
REGIONS OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. SNOW MAY BE
HEAVY AT TIMES AND SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE DURING
THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK.

SNOW SPOTTERS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT THEIR SNOWFALL MEASUREMENTS
TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
