THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED ROUGHLY EAST OF
A LINE FROM CLITHERALL MN TO WARROAD MN. DAMAGING WINDS AND SOME
LARGE HAIL CAN BE EXPECTED. AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS POSSIBLE. THE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOST LIKELY OCCUR BETWEEN NOON AND 5 PM CDT
THIS AFTERNOON.

ALSO A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
SURROUNDING THE SLIGHT RISK AREA OR ROUGHLY EAST OF A LINE FROM
BLACKMER ND TO NEAR BRECKENRIDGE MN TO BUXTON ND TO MOUNT CARMEL.
EXPECT WIND DAMAGE, SOME LARGE HAIL, AND AN ISOLATED TORNADO. THE
STORMS WILL BE MOST LIKELY OCCUR BETWEEN NOON AND 5 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON.

MOIST UNSTABLE AIR HAS MOVED INTO THE AREA. A COLD FRONT FROM NEAR
NEW ROCKFORD TO WEST OF ELLENDALE ND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE RED
RIVER VALLEY AND PRODUCE THE STORMS FOR TODAY.

ALSO BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING WITH WEST WINDS AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
