ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM CDT THURSDAY.

* LOCATION...NORTH SHORE...TWIN PORTS...SOUTH TO HINCKLEY...AND
  ADJACENT LOWER ST CROIX VALLEY...BRAINERD LAKES.

* TIMING...2AM TO 8AM.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL DUE TO LOW VISIBILITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...

WIDESPREAD FOG IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF THE NORTHLAND.
A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT ALONG THE NORTH SHORE SOUTH
THROUGH THE TWIN PORTS AND ALONG THE INTERSTATE 35 CORRIDOR.
PLEASE PLAN ON EXTRA TIME FOR TRAVEL THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

SNOW SHOWERS WILL MIX IN WITH THE RAIN SHOWERS FRIDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH SATURDAY. SOME ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE HOWEVER MUCH
UNCERTAINTY EXISTS AS TO WHERE THE MOST PROBABLE LOCATION WILL BE.
INITIAL ESTIMATES ARE THAT SOME ACCUMULATION MAY OCCUR IN THE
ARROWHEAD OF MINNESOTA HOWEVER IT MUST BE STRESSED THAT CONFIDENCE
IS LOW AT THIS TIME ON BOTH THE POTENTIAL ACCUMULATION AND
LOCATION.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TONIGHT.
