SOUTH ACROSS MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN.

BLUSTERY SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH GUSTING TO 35
MPH...ARE CAUSING TEMPORARY REDUCED VISIBLITIES IN EASTERN MINNESOTA.

STRONG SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH...GUSTING TO 45 MPH
CONTINUE ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST HALF OF MINNESOTA...ARE CAUSING
TEMPORARY REDUCED VISIBLITIES AS LOW  AS A HALF MILE FROM COMBINED
WITH SNOWFALL...WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS OF A TRACE TO LESS THAN A HALF INCH OF SNOW ARE
EXPECTED.
