THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SNOW...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND
BLOWING SNOW WAS REDUCING VISIBILITIES AT TIMES EARLY THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. MANY ROADS WERE SNOW
COVERED WITH DRIFTING AS WELL.

IF YOU HAVE TRAVEL PLANS...BE ALERT FOR LESS THAN IDEAL DRIVING
CONDITIONS...DRIFTING SNOW...AND RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES IN
