...VERY COLD WIND CHILL VALUES DEVELOPING OVERNIGHT...

.BLOWING SNOW WILL BE LESS WIDESPREAD THIS EVENING. THERE ARE
STILL SLICK SPOTS ON ROADWAYS. DRIVERS SHOULD USE CAUTION WHEN
TRAVELING...BUT NO ADDITIONAL IMPACTS ARE EXPECTED.

TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WILL DROP WELL BELOW ZERO...AND WITH THE
CONTINUED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH...WILL CREATE WIND
CHILL VALUES 25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY HAS BEEN
ISSUED LATER TONIGHT AND THROUGH MID MORNING WEDNESDAY FOR AREAS

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TWIN CITIES/CHANHASSEN HAS
CANCELLED THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

* TIMING...WIND CHILL VALUES DROPPING TO 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
  AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...25 TO 30 BELOW ZERO.

* MAIN IMPACT...EXPOSED SKIN COULD FREEZE IN LESS THAN 30
  MINUTES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
WHEN VENTURING OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
