DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES ACROSS NORTH MISSISSIPPI...EAST ARKANSAS...AND
SOUTHERN TIER WEST TENNESSEE THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS WILL
LIKELY LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG. THE FOG
SHOULD LIFT BY MID MORNING.

MOISTURE HAS PROVIDED IDEAL CONDITIONS FOR FOG FORMATION. DENSE
FOG SHOULD CONTINUE ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA EARLY THIS MORNING
