CAROLINA...CENTRAL VIRGINIA...SOUTH CENTRAL VIRGINIA...SOUTHWEST
VIRGINIA...WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

A PERIOD OR TWO OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT IN ASSOCIATION WITH A SLOW MOVING ARCTIC FRONTAL
BOUNDARY. THIS COULD LEAD TO LOW LYING FLOODING AND MINOR
RISES ON AREA CREEKS... STREAMS...AND RIVERS INTO THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY.

A LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN CAN BE
EXPECTED BY THURSDAY.
