.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

SCATTERED PATCHES OF LIGHT SNOW...POSSIBLY MIXED AT TIMES WITH
SLEET...WILL CROSS THE PIEDMONT FRIDAY. ACCUMULATION...IF
ANY...WILL BE LIMITED TO A DUSTING ON GRASSY AREAS...WITH NO
IMPACT TO TRAVEL ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.

A BITTERLY COLD AIR MASS WILL OVERSPREAD CENTRAL NC BY SATURDAY
AND REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH SUNDAY. FOR MANY PLACES...TEMPERATURES
WILL REMAIN AT OR BELOW FREEZING FOR 36 TO 48 HOURS. ADDITIONALLY...
WIND CHILLS SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM
AROUND 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE ZERO.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION MONDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY. SOME WINTRY WEATHER IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS SYSTEM...
PARTICULARLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN PIEDMONT.
