THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

NORTHWEST AND NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS
EVENING...WITH FREQUENT GUSTS EXPECTED AROUND 35 MPH. THERE COULD
BE A FEW GUSTS NEAR 40 MPH. WEAKENED TREE LIMBS COULD BE KNOCKED
DOWN...AND THERE COULD BE ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.

TONIGHT...AS SKIES CLEAR...TEMPERATURES COULD FALL CLOSE TO
FREEZING. WITH THE WIND...LATE NIGHT WIND CHILLS COULD FALL INTO
THE 20S. WHILE FROST IS NOT EXPECTED DUE TO THE DRY AIR...THE MOST
SENSITIVE PLANTS STILL OUTDOORS COULD BE AFFECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT SUNDAY INTO MONDAY MORNING...
WITH LOWS BELOW FREEZING AND INTO THE 20S IN SOME LOCATIONS.
FREEZE WATCHES AND WARNINGS WILL LIKELY BE REQUIRED.
