..SATURDAY...WIND CHILL POSSIBLE. TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS
COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS MAY LOWER WIND CHILL VALUES
FROM ZERO TO 10 BELOW BY SATURDAY MORNING.
..SUNDAY...WIND CHILL POSSIBLE. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL BE LIGHTER
SUNDAY MORNING...TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS WILL LEAD TO
WIND CHILL VALUES FROM ZERO TO 15 BELOW.
..MONDAY...WINTRY MIX POSSIBLE. A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO BRING
PRECIPITATION TO THE AREA MONDAY INTO EARLY TUESDAY. WHILE
CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY REMAINS REGARDING PRECIPITATION TYPE AND

* LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS NEAR THE
  TENNESSEE BORDER.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL VALUES COLDER THAN 5 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
  WILL MAKE IT DANGEROUS TO BE OUTSIDE.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 10 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 10
  TO 20...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40
  MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

GLOVES.
