.COLD TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL ALLOW PATCHES OF BLACK ICE TO FORM
ON ROAD SURFACES OVERNIGHT AS MELTED SNOW AND SLUSH REFREEZE.
PATCHY FREEZING FOG WILL ALSO OCCUR IN SOME PARTS OF THE AREA
WHICH MAY DEPOSIT ADDITIONAL ICE.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE UPPER TEENS AND LOWER 20S ACROSS
  MUCH OF THE AREA BY SUNRISE.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLACK ICE MEANS THAT REFREEZING OF
ROADS WILL LIKELY OCCUR...RESULTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF
