NORTH CAROLINA...WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA AND UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE
AREA THIS AFTERNOON. DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AS
WELL AS LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THE
STORMS. ANY STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD AFFECT PIEDMONT
LOCATIONS MAINLY EAST OF INTERSTATE 77. BRIEFLY GUSTY WINDS WILL
BE POSSIBLE THERE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
