THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

RAIN MAY END AS A PERIOD OF VERY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING
DRIZZLE LATE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING. ALTHOUGH AIR
TEMPERATURES WILL DROP BELOW FREEZING...GROUND TEMPERATURES AND
EXPOSED SURFACES ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW FREEZING WHILE
PRECIPITATION IS ONGOING GIVEN THE TWO VERY WARM DAYS WE JUST
EXPERIENCED. THUS...WE ARE NOT FORECASTING ANY ICE ACCUMULATION.
