...STRONG WINDS AND LIGHT SNOW THROUGH THIS EVENING...

.NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO 50 MPH AND LIGHT SNOW WILL
CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTH AND EAST THROUGH THE DAY. AREAS OF
REDUCED VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHERN
NORTH DAKOTA TODAY...AND INTO THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
FROM WEST TO EAST TONIGHT. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATIONS WILL
BE ALONG THE CANADIAN BORDER COUNTIES...WHERE AN INCH OF NEW SNOW
IS POSSIBLE.

THOSE TRAVELING ACROSS WEST AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA SHOULD

  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND
  LIGHT SNOW COULD ALSO CREATE REDUCED VISIBILITY IN PATCHY
  BLOWING SNOW.

DAKOTA AND SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A WIND ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR TODAY AND THIS EVENING. GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS TO 45 MPH AND A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW ARE FORECAST
TODAY AND THIS EVENING ALONG WITH COLDER WEATHER. FALLING AND
BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN REDUCED VISIBILITIES ALONG WITH ICY
ROADS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT WITH AROUND AN
INCH EXPECTED NEAR THE CANADIAN BORDER...WITH A FEW TENTHS OF AN
INCH OF SNOW EXPECTED TO THE SOUTH. WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES
MONDAY MORNING ARE EXPECTED IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO. IF
YOU ARE PLANNING TRAVEL THIS WEEKEND OR EARLY NEXT WEEK...PLEASE
STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST WEATHER INFORMATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY INTO TUESDAY
EVENING ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. ANOTHER ROUND OF
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY NIGHT OVER THE WEST AND FAR SOUTH CENTRAL. BOTH OF
THESE SYSTEMS MAY POTENTIALLY IMPACT TRAVEL FOR THE THANKSGIVING
HOLIDAY. MUCH UNCERTAINTY EXISTS AT THIS TIME REGARDING PLACEMENT
OF SNOW AND SNOW AMOUNTS. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES.
