THERE WILL BE ICY SPOTS TONIGHT IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, NEW
JERSEY, DELAWARE AND MARYLANDS EASTERN SHORE. MOST OF THE ICY
SPOTS WILL BE ON SOME OF THE SIDE ROADS AND PARKING LOTS DUE TO
REFREEZING OF TODAYS MELTED SNOW. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY SPOTS,
ESPECIALLY NEAR ROAD SHOULDERS AND ON SOME PARKING LOTS.

* HAZARD TYPES...A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO ONE-TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOULD OVERSPREAD THE REGION DURING THE MID TO
  LATE AFTERNOON TUESDAY BEFORE MIXING WITH SLEET IN THE EARLY
  EVENING AND THEN FREEZING RAIN FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST LATER
  IN THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION IS THEN EXPECTED
  TO TRANSITION TO ALL RAIN BY EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING AS
  TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE FREEZING.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES WILL BECOME SLIPPERY AND HAZARDOUS.
  EVEN LIGHT ICING AMOUNTS WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL,
