THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NEW JERSEY...EASTERN MONMOUTH...
  HUNTERDON...MERCER...MIDDLESEX...SOMERSET AND WESTERN

* PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FOR
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN

THREAT. AT THIS TIME, THE GREATEST RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING
APPEARS TO BE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

POSSIBLE DURING THIS EVENT WHERE STORMS MOVE REPEATEDLY OVER THE
  SAME AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
