TO 1 PM EST MONDAY...

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW, SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW, WITH UP TO TWO TENTHS OF
  AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOULD MOVE INTO THE REGION LATE TODAY, THEN
  CONTINUE TONIGHT AND IS EXPECTED TO MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SLEET
  AND FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. ANY MIXED
  PRECIPITATION SHOULD CHANGE BACK TO ALL SNOW BEFORE ENDING
  GRADUALLY MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS TONIGHT AND MONDAY,
  SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTING THE MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE.

* WINDS...EAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY NEAR 30 DEGREES, THEN FALLING THROUGH THE
  20S AND INTO THE TEENS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
