A COLD FRONT MOVING INTO EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA LATE TUESDAY MAY
GENERATE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND ASSOCIATED
LOCALIZED FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AND URBAN AREAS. ISOLATED
STORMS MAY PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND SMALL HAIL, MAINLY IN
EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA LATE TUESDAY.
