  NORTH CENTRAL MONMOUTH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY...
  EAST CENTRAL MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY...

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT

* AT 232 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO AN AREA
  OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE POOR DRAINAGE, LOW-
  LYING, URBANIZED OR SMALL STREAM FLOODING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
  ADVISED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED, WHERE THE
  HEAVIEST RAINS FALL, IN ABOUT A ONE HOUR TIMEFRAME.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
