AT 651 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE
DIMINISHED BUT THERE STILL MAY BE SOME RESIDUAL POOR DRAINAGE
FLOODING THAT WILL SOON RECEDE. THIS ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO
EXPIRE AT 730 AM.
