* LOCATIONS...SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA...PORTIONS OF NORTHERN
  AND CENTRAL NEW JERSEY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES.

* TIMING...WET SNOW MAY BECOME BRIEFLY HEAVY THIS AFTERNOON OR
  EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL AFFECT TRAVEL, ESPECIALLY DURING
  THE EVENING COMMUTE. EVEN THE WEDNESDAY MORNING COMMUTE MAY BE
  AFFECTED BY THE LAST BATCHES OF SNOW LEAVING THE AREA. ROAD
  CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY DETERIORATE DURING TIMES OF HEAVIER
  SNOWFALL RATES. REMEMBER... BRIDGES AND OTHER ELEVATED SURFACES
  TEND TO BECOME SLIPPERY FIRST.

* TEMPERATURES...WITHIN A FEW DEGREES OF 30.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

.LOW PRESSURE EAST OF THE DELMARVA WILL PERSIST THROUGH EARLY TONIGHT
BEFORE MOVING OUT TO SEA WEDNESDAY MORNING. IT WILL MAINTAIN AN ONSHORE
FLOW ALONG THE COASTS OF DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY THROUGH THIS TUESDAY
EVENINGS HIGH TIDE CYCLE.

...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* LOCATION...COASTAL AREAS OF NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE.

* COASTAL FLOODING...WIDESPREAD MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING WAS
  OCCURRING THIS MORNING...SIMILAR TO MONDAY MORNING AND IN SOME
  CASES EVEN HIGHER THAN YESTERDAY. THE ONLY GOOD NEWS IS THAT
  THERE WAS SLIGHTLY LESS WAVE RUNUP ALONG THE COASTS.

* TIMING...THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE ALONG THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE
  OCEANFRONT WAS AROUND 730 AM TO 830 AM THIS MORNING. RECESSIONS
  WILL BEGIN THERE SHORTLY.

* WAVES...WAVE HEIGHTS OF 5 TO 9 FEET WERE OCCURRING ALONG THE
  NEAR-SHORE WATERS OFF NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD ROADWAY FLOODING WAS OCCURRING FOR A TIME
  THIS MORNING WITH SOME ROAD CLOSURES EXPECTED. ISOLATED DAMAGE
  TO VULNERABLE STRUCTURES IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. WAVE ACTION
  WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT BEACH EROSION.

* OUTLOOK...TIDAL INUNDATION FLOODING FOR THIS EVENINGS AND
  WEDNESDAY MORNINGS HIGH TIDE CYCLES WILL NOT BE AS EXTENSIVE.
  ADVISORIES ARE LIKELY TO BE NEEDED IN OUR AFTERNOON UPDATE.

THIS COASTAL FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT MODERATE OR MAJOR TIDAL
FLOODING IS EXPECTED. BE PREPARED FOR RISING WATER LEVELS AND
TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. FOLLOW THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE WATER MAY BE
DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING YOURSELF IN
DANGER AND YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED... LEADING TO COSTLY
REPAIRS.
