...MULTIPLE TIDE CYCLES OF TIDAL INUNDATION FLOODING ANTICIPATED
INTO AT LEAST FRIDAY MORNING ALONG THE ATLANTIC COASTS OF NEW
JERSEY AND DELAWARE...

.A BLOCKED PATTERN OF STRONG EASTERLY SURFACE WINDS WILL CONTINUE
INTO AT LEAST FRIDAY MORNING. THIS ALREADY CAUSED STORM SURGES OF
AROUND 1 TO 2 FEET THIS MORNING. THAT SURGE SHOULD INCREASE TO
2.5 FEET TONIGHT ALONG THE SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE
ATLANTIC COASTS AS THE EASTERLY WIND STRENGTHENS 5 TO 10 MPH
STRONGER THAN WHAT OCCURRED THIS MORNING. WINDS SHOULD DIMINISH
CONSIDERABLY DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS FRIDAY ALONG THE DELAWARE
AND FAR SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY COASTS.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EDT
FRIDAY...

* LOCATION...COASTAL NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE WITH THE
  HIGH TIDE THIS THIS EVENING. TIDAL FLOODING MAY APPROACH
  MODERATE WITH THE HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING. NOTE THAT THERE IS
  ALSO A RISK OF FLOODING DUE TO HEAVY RAIN THROUGH OUT THE DAY.

* TIMING...THE COASTAL FLOODING EXPECTED IS WITH THE HIGH TIDES
  WHICH WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 AND 9 PM ON THE OCEAN FRONT.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAY FLOODING IS EXPECTED NEAR BOTH HIGH TIDES.

* SURGE...TIDES WILL BE UP TO 2 FEET ABOVE ASTRONOMICAL TIDES.
  HOWEVER...HEAVY RAIN AT THE TIME OF HIGH TIDES COULD
  EXACERBATE COASTAL FLOODING...LEADING TO TOTAL WATER LEVELS
  EVEN HIGHER.

* WAVES...AROUND 2 TO 4 FEET.

* OUTLOOK...AT LEAST MINOR TIDAL INUNDATION FLOODING IS
  ANTICIPATED WITH THE FRIDAY MORNING HIGH TIDE CYCLE...AND
  POSSIBLY AGAIN FRIDAY EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS THAT MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY...THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT A LOCATION THAT IS PRONE TO TIDAL
FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE
WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING
YOURSELF IN DANGER AND YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED...LEADING TO
COSTLY REPAIRS.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON EDT
FRIDAY.

* LOCATIONS...MONMOUTH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE NIGHT WITH STRONGEST
  WIND EXPECTED NEAR SUNRISE FRIDAY OR SHORTLY AFTER.

* IMPACTS...SMALL TREE LIMBS MAY BREAK CAUSING A FEW POWER OUTAGES.
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO UNEXPECTED AND POSSIBLE
  UNCONTROLLED MOVEMENT IN STRONG GUSTS.

* OUTLOOK...NORTHEAST WINDS WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH MIDDAY FRIDAY AND
  FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
