FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO

* LOCATION...THE NEW JERSEY SHORE AND DELAWARE BEACHES.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED WITH THE
  FRIDAY MORNING HIGH TIDE.

* RISK OF RIP CURRENTS...THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF DANGEROUS RIP
  CURRENTS THROUGH TONIGHT.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEAN FRONT IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 7 AND
  9 AM. HIGH TIDE ON THE BAY SIDE MAY OCCUR UP TO 2 HOURS LATER.
  THE HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS
  EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAY FLOODING IS EXPECTED NEAR THE TIME OF HIGH
  TIDE.

* SURGE...TOTAL WATER LEVEL WILL BE ONE TO TWO FEET ABOVE
  ASTRONOMICAL TIDES. HEAVY RAIN AT THE TIME OF HIGH TIDES COULD
  EXACERBATE COASTAL FLOODING...LEADING TO TOTAL WATER LEVELS EVEN
  HIGHER.

* WAVES...UP TO 9 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS THAT MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY...THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT A LOCATION THAT IS PRONE TO TIDAL
FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE
WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING
YOURSELF IN DANGER AND YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED...LEADING TO

* LOCATIONS...MONMOUTH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE NIGHT WITH STRONGEST
  WIND EXPECTED NEAR SUNRISE FRIDAY OR SHORTLY AFTER.

* IMPACTS...SMALL TREE LIMBS MAY BREAK CAUSING A FEW POWER OUTAGES.
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO UNEXPECTED AND POSSIBLE
  UNCONTROLLED MOVEMENT IN STRONG GUSTS.

* OUTLOOK...NORTHEAST WINDS WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH MIDDAY FRIDAY AND
  FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
