* HAZARD TYPES...A STEADY ACCUMULATING SNOW... POSSIBLY HEAVY AT
  TIMES... FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 10 INCHES.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW OVERNIGHT AND THE SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPACTS ON TRAVEL ARE
  EXPECTED FOR LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS THAT SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
