* LOCATIONS...DELMARVA AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES.

* TIMING...PERIODS OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED LATER TODAY INTO THIS
  EVENING. THE SNOW HAS THE POTENTIAL TO FALL AT A MODERATE RATE
  AT TIMES ESPECIALLY LATE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL AFFECT TRAVEL THROUGH
  TONIGHT...INCLUDING THE RUSH HOUR COMMUTES. THE ROAD
  CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY DETERIORATE DURING TIMES OF HEAVIER
  SNOWFALL RATES. REMEMBER... BRIDGES AND OTHER ELEVATED
  SURFACES TEND TO BECOME SLIPPERY FIRST.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 30S.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

...MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED AGAIN ON TUESDAY...

.LOW PRESSURE WAS DEVELOPING NEAR THE VIRGINIA AND NORTH CAROLINA
BORDER THIS EVENING. THE SYSTEM WILL MOVE EASTWARD AND OFF THE
COAST LATE TONIGHT. THE LOW IS FORECAST TO STRENGTHEN AS IT MOVES
EAST NORTHEASTWARD AND OUT TO SEA ON TUESDAY. IT WILL MAINTAIN AN
ONSHORE FLOW ALONG THE COASTS OF DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY
OVERNIGHT AND DURING MUCH OF TUESDAY.

  TIDAL TRIBUTARIES.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE AROUND THE TIMES
  OF HIGH TIDE THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE WORKS ITS WAY UP THE TIDAL DELAWARE RIVER
  BETWEEN 1230 PM AND 330 PM ON TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...LOCALIZED ROADWAY FLOODING IS ANTICIPATED. SOME
  ROADS MAY BE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS THAT MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY... THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT A LOCATION THAT IS PRONE TO TIDAL
FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE
WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING
YOURSELF IN DANGER AND YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED... LEADING TO
COSTLY REPAIRS.
