MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1 MILE
AT TIMES. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS, IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH, WILL ALSO ALLOW
FOR SOME SNOW DRIFTING TO OCCUR ACROSS AREA ROADWAYS.

  CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. SCATTERED TREE
  AND POWER LINE DAMAGE IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION...ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HIGH
