  THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S.

* TIMING...FREEZING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR DURING THE
  EARLY MORNING HOURS AND CONTINUE UNTIL SHORTLY AFTER DAYBREAK ON
  THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO SENSITIVE OR EARLY-BLOOMING
  VEGETATION AS TEMPERATURES DROP TO OR BELOW FREEZING.
