  ANTICIPATED TO DEVELOP WITH THE HIGH TIDE CYCLE THIS MORNING.
  MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING IS AGAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE MONDAY
  EVENING HIGH TIDE. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD
  MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING AGAIN ON TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE ALONG THE NEW JERSEY OCEANFRONT
  ARE AROUND 630 AM TO 730 AM ON MONDAY MORNING... AROUND 700 PM
  TO 800 PM ON MONDAY EVENING... AND AROUND 730 AM TO 830 AM ON
  TUESDAY MORNING. HIGH TIDE ON THE BACK BAYS... ALONG DELAWARE
  BAY AND ALONG RARITAN BAY OCCURS LATER THAN THE HIGH TIDE ON THE
  OCEANFRONT.

* WAVES...WAVE HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST TO BUILD TO 8 TO 12 FEET ON
  THE NEAR-SHORE WATERS OFF NEW JERSEY.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAY FLOODING IS EXPECTED FROM MONDAY MORNING
  INTO MONDAY NIGHT... ESPECIALLY AROUND THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE.
  WIDESPREAD ROAD FLOODING AND SOME DAMAGE TO VULNERABLE
  STRUCTURES IS POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY MORNING. WAVE ACTION WILL
  LIKELY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT BEACH EROSION.
