THE HEAT INDEX MAY APPROACH 100 DEGREES FOR A TIME THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY,
ESPECIALLY LATE IN THE DAY OR EVENING WHICH COULD PRODUCE BRIEF
POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING AND EVEN A LOCALIZED DAMAGING WIND GUST.
