   WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING POTENTIALLY SUBSTANTIAL RAIN TO
THE REGION. FOR NOW IT LOOKS LIKE LIGHT SNOW MONDAY MORNING
CHANGING TO RAIN MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH POSSIBLY HEAVY POOR
DRAINAGE FLOODING RAIN INTO TUESDAY.

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE OF SOUTHERLY WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH
TUESDAY.

  JERSEY COAST...A LARGE PORTION OF MARYLAND`S EASTERN SHORE
  ADJACENT CHESAPEAKE BAY...AS WELL AS DELAWARE.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE BEHIND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT THIS
  MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...A POSSIBILITY OF A FEW BROKEN TREE LIMBS AND
  ASSOCIATED POWER OUTAGES. DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.
WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR

* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 10 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...WIND CHILLS WILL BEGIN TO DROP TO DANGEROUS LEVELS
  THROUGH TODAY WITH THE COLDEST VALUES BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND
  SUNRISE SUNDAY. WIND CHILLS WILL SLOWLY EASE BY LATE SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL VALUES REACHING DANGEROUS LEVELS. THE VERY
  LOW WIND CHILLS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO RESULT IN HYPOTHERMIA IF
  CARE IS NOT TAKEN TO STAY WARM AND SHELTERED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND
GLOVES.
