DELMARVA LATE TODAY WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD TONIGHT,
ESPECIALLY ALONG AND WEST OF THE I-95 CORRIDOR, WHICH MAY RESULT
IN LOCALIZED FLOODING.
