* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH.

* TIMING...LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT

* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WINDS COULD LEAD TO DIFFICULT TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. SCATTERED TREE
  AND POWER LINE DAMAGE IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION...ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES. LIGHT-WEIGHT OUTDOOR OBJECTS SUCH AS PATIO
