The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has
issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday
afternoon through Tuesday evening. This is in addition to the Red
Flag Warning already in effect for today and Monday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 110 Southwest Mountains/Gila
  NF/Apache NF/GLZ, Fire Weather Zone 111 Southwest Deserts and
  Lowlands/Las Cruces BLM/GLZ, Fire Weather Zone 112 South
  Central Lowlands and Southern Rio Grande Valley/BLM/GLZ and
  Fire Weather Zone 113 Capitan and Sacramento Mountains/Lincoln
  NF/LNZ.

* TIMING...Beginning at noon and lasting into the evening hours on
  Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

* WINDS...For today and Monday, Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts up to 40 mph. For Tuesday, west winds of 25 to 30 mph
  with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent Sunday and Tuesday; 7 to 12
  percent Monday.

* TEMPERATURES...80s lowlands, 70s mountains.

* EXPERIMENTAL RFTI...4 to 7 Near Critical to Extreme on Sunday. 3
  to 6 Near Critical to Critical on Monday. 4 to 8 Near critical
  to extreme on Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
