THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL NEW YORK
AND WESTERN NEW YORK.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THE CHANCE OF WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATER WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...BRINGING MODERATE ACCUMULATIONS
OF SNOW IN PERSISTENT BANDS.

AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION FRIDAY EVENING
AND MAY PRODUCE A HEAVY SNOW SQUALL.

A BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL ARRIVE THIS WEEKEND. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL LIKELY REMAIN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ON SATURDAY
WITH LOW TEMPERATURES BELOW ZERO. THE COMBINATION OF FRIGID
TEMPERATURES AND WIND MAY PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS.
