* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN CAYUGA...OSWEGO...AND LEWIS COUNTIES.

* TIMING...FROM EARLY THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY EVENING.

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW AND SLEET.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES TONIGHT AND 2 TO 4 INCHES
  TUESDAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF 5 TO 9 INCHES.

* SNOWFALL RATES...AN INCH PER HOUR DURING THE HEAVIEST SNOW
  OVERNIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY WET SNOW WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY
  TUESDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN A DIFFICULT COMMUTE TUESDAY
  MORNING. THE HEAVY WET SNOW MAY ALSO RESULT IN A FEW TREE
  LIMBS COMING DOWN AND ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.
