...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. The general snow
  this morning will transition to lake enhanced snow tonight and
  Wednesday. Travel will be very difficult at times, especially
  during the morning commute on Wednesday. Total snow
  accumulations of 10 to 18 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, and Oswego counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause
  considerable blowing and drifting snow. Near whiteout
  conditions are possible at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel
conditions.
