WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY
MORNING.

* LOCATIONS...JEFFERSON AND LEWIS COUNTIES.

* TIMING...THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE
  TONIGHT THROUGH OVERNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT. THE WIND CHILL WATCH
  IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE MOST
  PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 40 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW MAY RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL AT
  TIMES WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND GREATLY REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES. WIND CHILLS WILL REACH DANGEROUS LEVELS. FRIGID
  TEMPERATURES HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO RESULT IN FROZEN PIPES,
  FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA.

* FORECASTER CONFIDENCE...IN THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS HIGH. AN
  INTENSE BAND OF HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS LIKELY TO DEVELOP LATE
  TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AND IMPACT PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON AND LEWIS
  COUNTIES. FORECASTER CONFIDENCE IN THE WIND CHILL WATCH IS HIGH.

A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH MEANS THAT SIGNIFICANT WINTER WEATHER IS
POSSIBLE IN LOCALIZED AREAS.

BELOW ZERO OR COLDER FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. IF YOU WILL

ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED. IF POSSIBLE...AVOID PROLONGED

A BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL ARRIVE THIS WEEKEND. HIGH
TEMPERATURES ARE LIKELY TO REMAIN BELOW ZERO ON SATURDAY WITH
OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW ZERO. THE COMBINATION OF FRIGID
TEMPERATURES AND WIND WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS.
