   WIND CHILL WARNING.

A PERIOD OF SNOW SQUALLS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT. SNOWFALL RATES MAY
EXCEED AN INCH PER HOUR, CREATING WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AND
DANGEROUS DRIVING. TOTAL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE GENERALLY
UNDER 2 INCHES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

PLEASE LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR GO TO WEATHER.GOV ON THE
INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   WIND CHILL WARNING.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE AREA TUESDAY WITH A LARGE AMOUNT
OF PRECIPITATION. IT IS STILL VERY UNCERTAIN HOW MUCH COLD AIR
WILL BE IN PLACE AS THE STORM ARRIVES, THEREFORE PRECIPITATION
TYPE COULD VARY BETWEEN RAIN, SNOW OR ICE. WE WILL HAVE MORE
DETAILS AS WE GET CLOSER AND OUR CONFIDENCE GROWS.

* TIMING...SATURDAY THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY... WITH THE LOWEST
  VALUES FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. THE EXTREME
  COLD MAY ALSO LEAD TO POTENTIAL FROZEN PIPES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 20 TO 35 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY
  AND AS LOW AS 25 TO 40 BELOW SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY
  MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...STARTING IN THE SINGLE DIGITS SATURDAY
  MORNING... FALLING BELOW ZERO BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. LOWS
  SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING WILL RANGE BETWEEN 10 AND
  25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
