* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS AND EXTREME COLD.

* TIMING...BEGINNING SATURDAY MORNING...COLDEST SATURDAY NIGHT
  INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. THE EXTREME
  COLD MAY ALSO LEAD TO POTENTIAL FROZEN PIPES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...15 TO 30 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY...THEN 25 T0
  35 BELOW SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. LOWEST WIND CHILLS
  WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* WINDS...BECOMING NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 40
  MPH SATURDAY...DECREASING LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* TEMPERATURES...NEAR ZERO TO 5 BELOW ZERO SATURDAY...AND
  CONTINUING TO FALL THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT TO LOWS OF 5 TO 15
  BELOW ZERO SUNDAY MORNING...COLDEST AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE AREA TUESDAY WITH A LARGE AMOUNT
OF PRECIPITATION. IT IS STILL VERY UNCERTAIN HOW MUCH COLD AIR
WILL BE IN PLACE AS THE STORM ARRIVES, THEREFORE PRECIPITATION
TYPE COULD VARY BETWEEN RAIN, SNOW OR ICE. WE WILL HAVE MORE
DETAILS AS WE GET CLOSER AND OUR CONFIDENCE GROWS.
